Accessibility
OpenCredia aims to make its credentialing, wallet, and verification experiences usable by people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility approach and how to report barriers.

1. Commitment
OpenCredia is built for credentials that people can use beyond one platform. That portability goal includes making our public pages, verification flows, and authenticated product surfaces accessible to people who use assistive technologies.
We use WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical target for product decisions and accessibility review. This page is a commitment statement, not a certification of full conformance or a third-party audit report.
2. How we approach accessibility
We aim to use semantic page structure, clear headings, descriptive links, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, readable text, sufficient contrast, and form labels and errors that can be understood with assistive technologies.
We avoid relying on color alone to communicate important state, and we design public credential and verification pages so the key information is available as text, not only as images or visual badges.
3. Surfaces covered
This accessibility statement covers OpenCredia's public marketing, legal, issuer profile, public achievement, public credential, verification, wallet, and workspace web experiences.
Third-party websites, wallets, verifiers, issuer websites, evidence URLs, embedded media, and integrations may be governed by their own accessibility practices and are not controlled by OpenCredia.
4. Known limits
OpenCredia is currently invite-only and still evolving. Some beta, preview, or design-partner features may not yet meet our accessibility goals in every workflow.
Uploaded public media, badge images, issuer logos, evidence links, and organization-provided content may vary in accessibility. Issuer organizations are responsible for the content they upload or publish through OpenCredia.
5. Feedback and support
If you find an accessibility barrier in OpenCredia, contact us at [email protected]. Include the page or workflow, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or browser you used if relevant, and any details that help us reproduce the issue.
We will review accessibility feedback and prioritize fixes based on severity, user impact, and the affected workflow.
6. Changes to this statement
We may update this accessibility statement as OpenCredia changes, as we complete accessibility improvements, or as we publish more formal accessibility documentation.
